  1. Hey, go to control panel > administrative tools > event viewer. There should be a set of windows logs you can view. There are system, security, application logs etc... Go into each of them and find the option to delete or clear the logs. After that, restart your machine and then run MIK. Go though the actions you described in your last message. If your machine locks up again, Just reboot. Now back into the event viewer and go through each of the logs. Export any of them that contain red entries and email them to Darren.boynton@gmail.com. I will take a look and see what I can see. Worst case, I have Mik's owner, Yakov on Skype so I might be able to hit him up.
