Hi,
I want to use the quarter inch jacks on the vci-400e in Traktor. The jacks appear to be inactive.
I want to avoid the xlrs to route through a mixer with rca ins.
but the second set of master outs doesn't show up in Trak prefrences.
I'm guessing I'm going to have to get/make an xlr to rca adapter to make this work.

Also I been experiencing low volume levels with all uptodate firm/software (VCI firmware / Flash Flood Edit / Traktor)
Which is partly why I'm trying to route through an external mixer.
In previous versions I swear it was at a decent level. but now I have to red line everything & it's still at a low volume. & yes all amp settings and lappy volume are up.

Hi Flash,
Is there any chance you have access to the VCM-100 firmware? I was trying to upload it from the device using the DJTT firmware kit, but as BOOT mode was enabled the chip was erased on connection.
Also, is it possible to connect to the H8/3052 chip without erasing data every time?

Hi Flashflooder I am going crazy trying to install the new V2 Firmware update for my VCI400 SE Golden it keep saying ACK cant be found, I read every solution on the web including a couple that you posted and nothing worked. I read another post that mentioned installing the v2 stand alone firmware from vestax.com and then try to install the v2 golden firmware but still no dice. now it seems the controller doesn't function at all now since I did that when I turn the power on, no buttons turn on except the two red and yellow led's on top. Did I totally screw my controller up? I have a show on saturday I would greatly appreciate any advice you have to give me. Thanks a lot, Eric
