hello can you me sending the mapping for the ddj sr its working for virtual dj?? thx
hi stewe. i need your help. you posted a reply to a problem im having and it wouldnt let me reply to you. ive been trying to map slot mute and you advised that i set a modifier with four states for each of the deck buttons and assign those modifier conditions to the slot mute commands. please would you walk me through this?? thanks.
Hey dude! I saw you had mentioned your MIDI Fighter Spectra mapping a while back that featured a beat phase-based counter. I have been struggling with getting such a thing working for my Launchpad mapping, and I would appreciate any input you have on trying to set up such a thing. I've been making mappings for only 3 months and I feel like this would enable me to make far more complex and effective macros for Traktor. Thanks for reading!
Hi, Stewe! I saw you're GURU in Traktor MIDI mappings, appreciate your work! Can you help me with my idea? Need your advise please. I've got a portable MIDI controller "EnVivo" (Generic "MIDI-8"/"SG-1 MIXit"/"Soundgarden"). I'm successfully mapped all controls in Traktor Pro by myself, but have an idea: is it possible to map "Bass" & "Treble" knobs to control effect parameters, but isolate it from their assigned option to control frequencies, while other button is pressed the same time. As you can se on the picture, i've mapped controller button (1.) to activate BitSlicer Effect (4.) and mapped "Treble" (2.) and "Bass" (3.) knobs to control effect parameters (5.) and (6.). Of course they modify the effect and frequencies same time together. How to isolate the freq knobs not to adjust bass and treble when button (1.) is pressed? If its possible, of course ) Waiting for reply email@example.com
hey stewe I saw your thread for mapping ddj s1 into traktor and seems like you've almost done it but the thread stopped in 2011. Do you have a complete tsi file by now?
apologies if i am out of line hitting you up this way, but i've been doing a lot of reading on these forums for the past 2 weeks, and you definitely know traktor mapping!
Mappings for the Kontrol F1 I'd like to implement:
Fader 1: adjust bpm +/- of deck A just like the pitch control on my 1200's
Fader 2: adjust pitch +/- of deck A if keylock is disabled
Fader 3: adjust bpm +/- of deck B just like the pitch control on my 1200's
Fader 4: adjust pitch +/- of deck B if keylock is disabled
Pad 1: reset deck A bpm to original value (if song is gridded at 160bpm, set to 160bpm)
Pad 2: toggle deck A keylock on/off (keylock as I understand it keeps song at original pitch regardless of bpm)
Pad 3: reset deck B bpm to original value
Pad 4: toggle deck B keylock on/off
TSP 2.6 on Macbook Pro run 10.8.6 - 2.4Ghz core 2 duo, 8Gb ram, internal SSD, external 2TB firewire

Hey man, I just got my Midi Fighter workin' thanks to you-- you're a godsend, mate. Gods bless, and much love.
Hey, I just bought my first device and I'm extremely frustrated because I'm completely lost in what comes next. I have a mac, I've downloaded the Traktor demo and tried the Mad Zach sound pack, nothing seems to work. Please help.
Hello Stewe,i really like your 4 buttons ramp delay. can you do this mapping for Numark N4 thanks,or write a tutorial how to do it.
Write me asap.
Hi Stewe, stumbled upon your vids before but only went deep last night. I'm a complete mapping noob and I'm blown away by what you can do and what effects and sounds you can create. I don't even know where to start. Do you teach mapping? I want to get more out of my DDJ-SX. Looking at all your skills and maps makes me sad to think of the currently lost potential and fun I could be having on the DDj-SX. I need a mapping mentor/teacher. I also noticed you offer a custom mapping service could you tell me more about this please? I have a big NYE gig and would love to get the DDj-SX rocking with some of your maps and effects ASAP. Playing Pacha London in a couple of hours and grumpy as f*ck my SX can't sing like your controllers/mappinngs. Please get back to me bro. email : firstname.lastname@example.org Thank you.
