Maschine and S4 help.

First of all I have looked on the forum not have not found anything

Right as you can see from the title I need alittle help with a maschine and a S4... First of, my maschine is in the mail and I bought it for production and to mess around with... But I was wondering how can I use my maschine and my S4 live? The only reason I ask is because I cant find anything on the subject and the other DJ's I know haven't a clue either... Now I know this is a stupid question with a answer staring me in the face but any help would be appreciated... How do I hook it all up and I feel I'm missing something :huh:...
