yes, another cdj/traktor problem

So, bottom line is I upgraded from traktor duo to traktor scratch pro. I used to use my cdj400's and my mpd24 in t.duo in hid mode and I had no problems. I migrated to pro for the added effects. When I plug in my cdj into pro it doesn't show up as a midi source but the mpd24 does. In duo I had no problems at all... I tried timecode and im not digging it as much as hid because I had my buttons assigned to different functions. Anyone know why one midi controller will show up in pro but not my cdj. I get midi feedback from the cdj but it doesn't show up as a source.
