I've found it pretty good, it contains some infos probably lots of guys here now but I guess everybody can learn something new from it. And I like the fact that they're not advertising their software in it, they say it's not some kind a law or you don't have to programm your sets strictly according to it. Plus there are some helpfull interviews also
