Have a party gig tonight and was just told i cant bring my gear but there will be an s2 to use. Can i use the s2 with just regular traktor pro 2 without the s2 software? Wouldnt i just need a mapping?

the mapping should already be loaded on if I'm correct. Just hook it up and it should find it. If not use the set-up wizard to find s2 and it should work fine.
yes, if you have your software updated you can use it with no issues, just run the wizard before connecting it or import the mapping.
Totally didnt work. The s2s controls worked but i couldnt get any sound and the buttons wouldnt light up. Didnt have any internet so i couldnt download the drivers either, soo bummed
