I've sent you message.
About Tannin 2, here is some more info:
Technical specs:
USB MIDI - works with Windows, Mac, Linux and probably Android and iPad (not tested)
16 pots - Alpha pots, metal
16 silicone keys
16 LEDs - one inside each silicone key
4 encoders - ALPS, indexed steps, 24 steps per revolution
3 metal buttons on bottom
I'm planning on building few of them for sale. Buyer would get to choose:
Plate colour
Engraving colour
LED colour
Colour of wooden case
Knob colour
Price is 230€. I can also offer MIDI In + MIDI out hardware ports, but I don't know if anyone would find that useful. Comments/suggestions welcome.

I really need to do this myself... I've written my own DJ software and I'm starting to diverge a little bit in the workflow so my hardware sliders and knobs are not all doing what one would normally think they're doing.
I've really enjoyed watching your posts about this, man, thanks!

I'm interested - would anyone here consider buying this controller?

Here's the final look of Tannin 2. It's still in prototype phase but everything works - awaiting main PCB at the moment. Going to post demonstration video soon. Oh, and Ceylon has new case too.

Tannin 2 is now officially complete. Powered by the much improved OpenDeck software and brand new hardware! Here is how it looks inside:

If you send certain string to controller using MIDI - it will reboot into firmware update mode - that is, it's going to show up as disk drive. Only replace FLASH.BIN with new file to update its software. So simple and so nice!
