Sync and pitch

Alright guys any one wanting to get a vci 100 se should it awesome, but 2 things when i push sync it doesn't stay on,not a disaster but any one no how to keep these on and another when i move the pitch fader on my vci 100 se the pitch in traktor doesn't move any one had this prob or no how to fix it.

Sync problem: it's not a problem, because it's mapped in that way in the tks, it works in toggle mode...

Pitch problem: I don't know, mine works...

be carefull of modes- in fader fx mode the pitch changes length not pitch.

Thanks for that bit of info Ean i didn't know that, Got my pitch working when i restarted my Mac. I have also sorted the sync issue, using my iphone to turn on sync so it stays on when i want it to.
