Should i trade my CDJ 1000 Mk3 + $100 for 2 CDJ 800 Mk2?

If they're working great, it's not a bad deal, the 800MKII weren't bad. Problem with CDJ (and used gear) is you never know how they've been treated in the past AND there's no "Easy way" to know how much time remain to the Laser Pickup's life.
HOWEVER, parts are still available.
I wouldn't, the 800 Mk2 retailed for less than the 1000 Mk3, the idea was that it would give an almost 1000 like experience for a more bedroom DJ affordability. I regularly work with DJs who request a pair of 1000 Mk3's to perform, because they were the hot thing before the 2000/nexus range came along.
Just my two cents, stick with the 1000.
