Update LED rings on APC40 using Traktor

does anybody have any experience with led-rings on apc40 and send monitor state? it seems not to work or i misunderstood something.

what i want to do is switch the knobs between eqs and effects (using a modifier). function wise it works fine but everytime i switch to the other state the led-rings show the values of the previous state until i turn the knob.

now i added "send monitor state" to the buttons that change the modifier but it didn't help. any ideas?

I'd also like to petition to put it in the user mappings section, it is pretty important for the APC40 crowd that use more than one multiple knob pages.
