Is it possible to mix with traktor by using at the same time CDJ350 and CDJ 1000 (MK3

Hi I instaled the CDJ 350 midi mapping for my traktor software and i have everything set up to mix with 2 CDJ 350.
But next geeg i have on the one hand a CDJ 350 and a CDJ 1000 (MK3).
Is it possible to mix with both at the same time on traktor ?
(considering the fact that the midi mapping for the CDJ 350 would be activated.)

You'll need to run the cdj 1000 using a time code cd with a sound card.
