Having trouble connecting CDJ800s to Traktor Scratch. help?

I connected everything through my Audio 4 and it says "low output". I've never used CDJs before so I'm not exactly sure what I need to do. I assume its an easy fix Im just not competent enough in this field.

any suggestions?

Hmm have you tried different RCA's yet? What kind of control discs do you have Mk1 or Mk2?

Ya I'm using control discs. They are the MK2s. The RCAs work with everything else I can't imagine it would be them.
