Midi fighter 3d rebooting

Hello all,
I have had a midi fighter 3d for about 4 months and it is beginning to reboot at random times while I am using my laptop. Any reason this is happening or solutions to this problem?

In general, close the MF utility or other midi programs running in the background while using the 3D.
Did you try other cables and ports?
When using Windows, turn off USB energy savings for that port at the Windows device manager.
