"Calibration failed"

Hello guys,

I've been having problems with my recently purchased TSP.
When I want to calibrate my vinyl-decks it either says "Unknown Medium Calibration Failed" or "Vinyl 15 min. Calibration Failed".
I've been trying to find answers online, but none could help me, so I was wondering if you had any suggestions about what I need to do to calibrate my decks.
I would love to get my decks in sync, since I am planning on using the setup live this friday.
