Can this be used as a Soundcard for KRK Rokits?

Someone I know if looking for a USB audio interface to hook up their KRK Rokit 5 G3's,

Now I'm not massively clued up about everything in this music game, But, can this actually be used to just hook up two KRK monitors to?

Im sure this is just a mixer for use with say, logic, Ableton etc.

I don't think this can be used to just hook up Studio monitors to and play music, right? Or can it?

That's a mixer, mate.

Yeah I knew it was a mixer I just wasn't sure if it was capable of being used just as an audio interface for monitors. Ha, my bad!
