Sorry, I don't always agree with loverocket, but I don't get it either. Crap track and I've never really understood the fascination SHM. Somebody please show me something to understand their relevance other than punters admiring them.
What I'm saying is that SHM may appear to be the country of House music to you, whereas others may like SHM. It doesn't make SHM any less talented though. Any artist can be the 'country music'
In my case, I'd consider Richie Hawtin to be my electronic country music except I could actually stand listening to Hawtin. That drum and bass stuff? No way.
well, there is no more SHM mafia so there.
That's like saying ATM Machine or PIN Number.
Anyway, Swedish House Mafia - Don't You Worry Child is basically the biggest mainstream progressive anthem of all time. It's basically the Darude - Sandstorm (for Ibiza Trance) or Ian Van Dahl - Castles In The Sky (Vocal Trance) of the Progressive House world. You put it on in ANY mainstream club, and the crowd goes wild. Simples.
TL;DR: OP does not like a pop track nor understands why people like it.
cool story bro.
