Yeah that tends to happen. I once found out the root of a specific error in Pro Link with OSX and posted it on the pioneer forums since apparently no one had any info on it. I also forwarded the steps needed to fix the error to pioneer support and they never responded to it. Basically one of the ports was being used by another process and I had to use 2 terminal commands in order to verify it was being used and then stopping the original connection in order for Pro Link to use it. I kind of wish pioneer posted more information on what ports are needed and stuff.
