    Most popular choices on here seem to be the KRK Rokits series are the Yamaha HS Series

    Best is very subjective, shop around to find what you like. If you know what you don't like it narrows it down somewhat.

    If your looking for flat speakers then go for the Yamaha HS series like lecko suggested,

    KRKs are popular because they make music sound good by boosting the lower ends.

    Go into your local DJ/speaker shop and try them out, theyre bound to have b-stock models on shelves all hooked upto an audio source for you to try them out.

    Its amazing.....the amount of speakers I have come across that have a frequency response of minimum 80Hz is a joke! They shouldn't even be allowed to sell them!!! LOL

    isnt any frequency below 100hz for pressure anyway?
