Default Cheap Portable Speakers with Bass for your laptop?

I'm a morning person and DJTT is almost always my go-to morning site<3

Well, within that first minute of lurking I get that crave to mix but my bro is always sleeping in my room, we only have one room to share, and thats where my gear is setup at.

just wondering if any of you guys know any good affordable portable speakers (with bass is a big plus) that I can just grab off the table and plug in and start bumpin if anything.

I found some good ones but I feel like you guys would know something better.

Well it's not cheap but I swear by this thing: [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Tivoli-Audio-Model-Table-Hunter/dp/B00006I5WJ/ref=pd_sim_e_4"]Amazon.com: Tivoli Audio Model One AM/FM Table Radio, Hunter/Maple: Electronics@@AMEPARAM@@http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/517WV1MFVYL.@@AMEPARAM@@517WV1MFVYL[/ame]

Actually I have the slightly more expensive Pal but same basic idea -- excellent sound for a small portable device that you can use with batteries.

Roland MA-7As are another good travel choice although a bit heavier. I think those will set you back $100 US... Roland also makes Mobile Cube which is like a mini guitar amp that you can carry by hand and it works great with an ipod or computer plugged into it instead of a guitar. Big sound too

    Default Boomtube

If you can get hold of one, then get a Boomtube.

I'm pretty sure they are not produced anylonger but it's a sweet portable speaker system albeit a bit on the heavy side. Packs 40 watts of power!

There have been two versions: the Virgin Boomtube EX and the iGo Boomtube H2O. Same product, different brand is all.

    Take a look on ebay.

Eff that. Don't give in to peer pressure. If you want small speakers, keep searching till you find them! If you actually do want headphones now, then get those. Just don't give in to peer pressure!

    Stay above the influence.
