    hi rjfermin
    assuming you are on a mac go to your home folder, - (where username is you)
    e.g. HD:Users:Username:Library/Preferences/
    you should find - com.native-instruments.Traktor Pro.plist - delete file and relaunch Traktor

    worked for me

    most programs store their preferences in one or both of these places:
    * The Windows registry database.
    * A program-specific subfolder in the hidden C:\Users\<user name>\AppData folder.

    do a search for traktor in these places and you should be able to find something

    good luck
