OT: Costa Rica

Hey guys!

Im going down to Costa Rica for about 5 days this Thursday and wanted to know if anybody had been there and had any suggestions, comments, tips or cautions for this green traveler?

It will actually be my 1st time out of the country. I just got my passport. I'll be doing the typical tourist things this time (zipline, park, rafting,etc).

It will be with the family so I dont think I'll be venturing to any clubs if they are around but you never know.

Beautiful country man, just enjoy it and have fun. People are very friendly, they give a shit about their environment, the wildlife is spectacular. Get up into the cloud forest if you can, go snorkelling if you can.

Costa Rica is the sh*t! it's probably what paradise looked like b4 we fucked it all up.

I loved that country. My fave part being Manzanillo. It's a jamaican enclave right next to panama. Amazing jungle, animals, insects & deserted beaches all to yourself (just like in the postcards). Also being woken up by howler monkeys in surround sound is quite something.

If you go down there, try the Jungle Love restaurant. One of the best tuna steaks i've had EVER.

I'm jealous.
