    Default Joypad Mod

Does anybody know if you could take a usb joypad and modify it to send pitch bend and mod wheel data using a Hid-midi software?

Okay - I'm drooling now... I need to get my MOD on. Gotta do a custom DM2 and a joypad mod with a pitch bend and a mod wheel.

    Gotta learn to solder first...

I am actually planning on doing a similar mod using a ps2-style usb gamepad and interfacing it with rejoyce. It is going to have 12 arcade buttons and 4 knobs. I have designed a 3d model of my project. I will post pictures as soon as i get home tonight.

Look forward to seeing your pics. I only need 8 buttons, + a pitch bend, and a mod wheel. I really should look into it a bit more...

sorry about the late reply i just got in! wow what a long day...anyways heres a few renderings of my idea. it has 12 arcade buttons and 4 potentiometers, which will interface through the dual analog sticks. I want to make two of these to trigger loops and fx.
