Looking for a classic House-track 1997-2002~

After my HDD (with no backup) crashed I lost one of my favourite tracks and I can't remember how it or the artist were called.
It up to you to help a desperate bro' (I never forget tunes that aren't on my list).

Here is a small sample of me trying to sing it (although it sounds completely different):

Here are the facts I remember about it:
- It was released approximately between 1997 and 2002
- I had a full album of that artist with similar tracks
- it had a music video which was also shown in the German TV
- I wouldn't call it a classic house-track but it goes into that direction
- a singer sings always the same phrases in spanisch, italian or maybe even a fantasy language
- it has a remarkable piano riff always following after the singer

Yeah I think it had some success. May even have been in the German single charts.

I looked up a lot of Ibiza stuff at discogs already but couldn't find it.

mauro picotto always used an (or the same) indecipherable vocal sung by a man in his stuff it seemed, but no piano...

Nah I know nearly all Mauro Picotto song.
Although it's embarassing I recorded me singing what I remember of it.
