    Default Problems with Platinum Notes

Hi, I have a problem with PN. Everytime I'm analyzing a Track, the program says "Retrying Once" and this is it. From this point PN doesn't do anything. I cleaned my Registry and reinstalled it, but nothing works. I hope someone here has an idea.

Could it be that your mp3s were changed to "read only" by some other software you use? Check their properties.

If that doesn't work, does it work if you convert them to wav?

Check the bit and sample rate of the mp3

It makes copies of the songs, it doesn't overwrite them, so it's safe to try.

My brother taught the basics, ALDJ forum and trial-and-error the rest. Basic djing is easy, but figuring out other stuff Ableton can do takes longer.

If PN cant read a track, its usually a tag problem, happens very rarely though. converting them to wav solves that issue. makes the processing quicker, too.

The properties are okay and I have this problem with every track. One week ago it worked perfectly, I don't know what happened. Converting to wav works, but I'm not a big fan of this format.
