    Default Traktor Pitch Control question

I am exploring traktor right now... was using Ableton to DJ but my sets are getting too unruly... want to be more on the fly and I think traktor is the way.

    questions
    1. Can you adjust the speed of a track w/o changing the pitch?
    2. Is there any easy tutorial on this beatgridding stuff? I understand that it's how you keep tracks locked up in time, sort of like what ableton will do... I don't want to worry about beatmatching...

Thanks, sorry for asking such basic questions!

Do a search for beatgridding here and on the blog. There are ten, twenty, maybe even thirty threads about beatgridding, as well as videos.

Set the key lock. The pitch fader changes the speed, and with key lock it won't change the actual pitch.
    It's the FAQ. Read it.
