    Default VCI-100 & NI Audio Kontrol 1

    Hello,
I'm a Traktor 3.4 user under Mac OS 10.4.11 (MacBook Pro) with a NI Audio Kontrol 1 and a external mixer (Denon Dn-x100).
After know about DJ TT I'm considering to buy a VCI-100 and improve it to your SE version, but i'm confused about these firmware threads and all the things around it.
Could you give me a little help?
Thanks in advance and sorry about my poor english.
Take a big hug from Tenerife Island.

Yes, I read them, but there's a little question about the firmware , must it be updated under Windows? If yes, can I do it in another computer than mine? if yes, and after that, does the VCI-100 work under Mac OS X?
I think that these could be stupid questions, but I'm not an informatic expert, only an amateur dj that want to know something new. For instance, is there any diagram of different set-up's for those things?
Thanks again for all your work guys.

Those things everybody must connect in order to set up a complete sound-system: computers, soundcards, controlers, headphones, mics, amplifiers, booth monitors, PA, speakers, Wiis, iPhones, Guitar Heros, Playstations, Scalextrics, Doo-Rags, Sex Toys, rolling paper , ashtrays, sunglasses, seats, welders, beer barrels ...
