    Default Bali for NYE

    Hey guys,

Firstly been a while since I've been round these parts, couldn't see an off topic section so posting here (move if necessary).

I know you had the comp to play in bali a while back that B33SON (i think) won and I've seen a couple of members from bali on here so I thought you might be able to help.

Myself and a group of mates have been traveling to various places around Australia for NYE (Nelson Bay, Sydney, Gold Coast) and have decided this year to head off to an island of sorts to bring in the new year.

I'm thinking about Bali and staying at one of the resorts however I have no idea what the nightlife is like over there and whether it would be good for NYE?

We'll all lookin to party hard so yeh, any thoughts on this?

Also if not Bali then perhaps some of the other Aussie members might be able to shed some light on some not too far away places to party! Hamilton island, Byron Bay etc.

Open to any suggestions! Just want to do something different!

    Thanks in advance
    Russ

That's cause' you fall in the same boat as Tassy and New Zealand, you're not really part of Australia :P

Hey there I was in Bali for a NYE about 5 years ago an it was aboslutley rocking really good atmosphere so Id highly reccommend it.

66 is the big club with a swimming pool and a bungee jump into it within the clubs compound. Awesome to see people doing double bungee jumps at 4am.

Theres lots of other clubs so there really is something for everybody

Bali is absolutely amazing when it comes down to partying.

Like JC said above me, 66 is amazing but if you want to go for class, big name dj's and lots and lots of (rich) girls, go to Ku De Ta.

Kuta and Seminyak are pretty much the partytowns of Bali, where Kuta is the more low-end place (still great) and Seminyak the more classy higher-end. You can rent a villa in Seminyak for a decent price and party your ass off.

DJTT got any recommendations for accommodation? Don't mind something a bit fancy but don't want it to be filled with couples or families etc.
