cheapest 2 channel mixer with full cut eq?

had to sell/trade off a fair amount of my kit, and looking to reconfigure in a new direction as fast/cheap as possible

ive already got ableton know it better than i know myself as ive owned it for 5 years now, have been pretty religous about converting my tracks into warped clips and saving them - so im thinking get an apc40, some random sound card and feed it into a 2 channel mixer. right now an xone 22 for 300 has got my attention as the contender to fill that spot, any one else got a good suggestion? if it includes an fx loop even better.

I've heard great reviews about the xone 22. Not to mention you can get them super cheap...lowest I've seen is 350 I believe but that's Canadian...I'm sure you can even go lower if you buy from the US.
