    That's a bit like Bassline (yes that's a genre) that grew in the UK from Sheffield a couple of year back, not heard much decent new stuff from that side of UKG in a bit mind...

    i'm pretty sure at the start of the thread i said 'no throwing vids at me' lol

    but all the ukg vids have actually helped me make sense of dubstep, doesn't mean i like it anymore (and there is a lot of room for improvement there, lol) but now it makes sense and i get it, i think.

    Sorry for the deluge of vids but Dubstep to me is UKG and Grime is to TBVFH

    Grime just got a more MC based moody East London thing ( Makes me LOL as SO Solid is from South London where UKG Originated )where as Dubstep is about Beatz and kept a more DJ /Beatz thing going on.


    It is still all UKG to me TBH
