    Default gang banging the mixer!

finally i got this beautiful adapter...no more unplugging the headphones in back2back sessions! cause my mate eric is using the bcd3000 soundcard plus the mixer and i only use the mixer (external mixing)
i always had to unplug my headphones...YES!!!! i´m free!
spinning tonight...let´s see if it works!

I have one just like this for home use. it will work. but you might get slightly weaker output if both headphones are connected simultaneously.

do u think the weaker output will cause a problem in livesituations or is it only minimal recognizeable?

well, imo, it might, i mean in a loud club environment, it depends on how powerful the headphone pre amp is, but overall, i don't think you should have a problem
All I have to do is play music, and make sure it is fist pumpin material.

phew, hard to tell. that depends on the mixer, the headphones and the overall monitoring situation... but I wouldn't worry - because you can still plug and unplug your headphones, this time you'll be raping the adapter and not the heaphone jack on the mixer.

I bet it works well enough to use live. If it doesn't maybe search out a better adapter, or even better you can get those super awesome Skull Candy headphones with the volume adjuster inline!!

Ok, while I admit skullcandy has some crazy designs... their SK Pro's which I have aren't THAT flashy... and don't have that silly volume adjuster >_>

but really? pink with blue rhinestones!? Where can I get me some of those?

Back on topic: nice solution to the problem, hope it works out well
