Default Midi Fighter Gallery - "Pimp my Midi Fighter"

Hey Ean and the rest of the DJTT crew!

Yesterday finally brought about the arrival of my long awaited Midi Fighter, so last night I took the time to customize the clear top acrylic panel in a mixed media fashion. With the airbrush cleaned and the glue dried, I started to wonder how other people have "pimped" their Midi Fighters. With the build it yourself kits, I imagine all kinds of different Midi Fighters holding their own one-of-a-kind pride in clubs and bedrooms across the world.

It would be stellar to have a sticky topic dedicated to Midi Fighter customization. Not only would it let the dedicated show off their Midi-expression, but it would also excite others to get their own to customize!

If there is already a thread for this, forgive my American laziness for not searching it out of the depths of the forum. It's just easier to blurt out an idea and wait for the seen-it-1st-ers to chastise my ignorance, and thus have them show me the proper link to this gallery. Jumping back to playing with the Midi Fighter sounds much more fun than wasting time to avoid ignorance. For ignorance (at least while playing the Midi Fighter) is bliss!

It's a mixed media piece layer airbrush and found art on the underside of the top acrylic panel. I've never tried building a piece on the underside of acrylic before, but it worked out pretty well. Just be careful because you can't use a primer on the underside, so the paint can easily scrape off the acrylic during assembly.

you might need to find a bigger pic, or use one stencil like a tile and put one next to the other
also, the holes might interfere with the overall image,so that poses another problem
