You essentially have your own complete setup so I'm not sure why it wouldn't work. The only problem I can think of is you'll technically have to have your own licensed copy of TSD for each computer.
But are the two traktors linked in any way?

no you both need labtops, because there is only 1 xfader in traktor for each 2 decks and one person would be deck 1/2 and other 3/4 which would require an audio 8 sorry maybes theres a way around but none that i can think of

Now that I'm not sure about, I don't think so.
you could i guess have a midi clock going out and sync them both up or something along those lines
It looks like there's an Audio 4 and an Audio 8 on the table in the video.
so maybe one persons traktor is exporting audio to deck A on each of there mixers and there they have independently setup scratch samples on deck B
