    Default left jog wheel

hey yall. so i just bought a vci-100 slightly used and im trying to get started. my one problem is that my left jog wheel "tips" if i push on the top left part of it. this does not seem normal since the right does not do it i was wondering if anyone had tips for a newbie on how to fix or where to get it fixed, or if its normal and im just too new to know better. i realize i got it slightly used but everything else works great and i just wanna try to get this issue fixed.

    thanks a million

Is it loose like it wobbles? I'm working on a tutorial to fix that, but in short there's a collar inside that sits on the shaft that you can adjust.

a friend of mine has the problem that the 4 srews that hold the jog encoder are gettin loose quite oftenly. try unsrewing the jogwheel and tighten the 4 srews underneath..
