    Default Sennheiser HD215

I wanted to know if anyone in here has had experience with the Sennheiser HD215 http://www.sennheiser.co.uk/uk/icm.n...56?Open&print=. I'm looking for a pair of headphones under $100. If you guys have any recommendations that'll be great. I was also looking at a pair of Sony MDR-V700 http://pro-audio.musiciansfriend.com...&CJPID=1819956.

    I use the HD215s everyday.

If you ever see any film crews most sound guys use them these days.

Clarity, good isolation, exactly what you need for DJing.

I don't know about the 215s but I do use the HD 280 PRO and I love them. Sennheiser is a great company to go with.

Sennheisers are great. Heared too many stories about the Sony MDR-V700 not being able to cope with the stress of being in backpacks too much.

Thanks for all the input. My headphones get abused quite a bit from being thrown into my backpack to being worn outside in rain and snow. What I really like is that I can replace the cord. That's what is usually wears out first on all my headphones since that takes a lot of beating in my pockets when I'm on the go. But at least I get a 2 year warranty. It'll give me a chance to save up for better ones. Thanks for the input. I'll buy that for myself as a Christmas present.

i forgot to specify, i wear them over my pants, i guess you have to see it to find the humour or maybe me and my friends are just mental.

EDIT: it's kind of like super man wearing his underpants on the outside but instead of underpants its headphones
