I was thinking you might have overlooked the crappy exchange rate, but now I see. I've seen that 192, 320 and wav pricing before in a couple of other places.
It's no different from most online mp3 stores that offer different quality. If you want higher quality mp3s they cost more (and wavs even more). They take more bandwidth to send larger files, so I guess they have a vaguely reasonable justification for it. Hey it still beats paying $20 a CD =P
Juno & Track It Down are far more fair than Beatport. BP's wav files are $1 more than their 320k MP3's... and you're stuck to find the artwork on your own after that. If you think about it, WAV's are like 10x the size of Mp3, so they take up a shit load more bandwidth. But, bandwidth is cheap these days. $1 per track is still a hefty profit. What pisses me off is that it totally kills the "buy release" option.
