You have to reformat your hard-drive. In the case you wanted to go in the direction of say a hackintosh+windows this is necessary due to the limitations of resizing a NTFS parition to make space for a unix file system; ala EXT3. Long story short, get an ubuntu live CD and use gparted. Make sure to leave a swap file 2x the size of your RAM and make sure to put boot loaders for that operating system on the same parition. In the case that windows is on /dev/sdb1, the bootloader will need to be placed there too. Happy hunting. =]

Ubuntu is free. Does Traktor run on Ubuntu? What OS's were you planning on using? If your were going to use the same OS on both partitions and just have one set up for DJ'ing it might be easier to just create a trimmed down user account.

This is a year old, but it should still get you started.
