There's a mix volume in Traktor check that the volume is up for the deck you have cued. And check your routing in output monitor in the preference pane.
Idk where the mix volume control is since im new to djing and the output routing is below
Mixing Mode is on internal
Output Monitor and Mono is checked
L1:Out 1: Audio DJ 2 (Chan A Left)
R2:Out 2: Audio DJ 2 (Chan A Right)
Output Master and Mono is checked
L3:Out 3: Audio DJ 2 (Chan B Left)
L4:Out 4: Audio DJ 2 (Chan B Right)
First off, why do you have mono checked? The audio 2 dj can handle stereo output.
At the top middle of the screen there are 3 knobs, Master, Mix and Volume. The Master controls the level of the master output. The Mix knob adjust you hear in your headphones, the master out(right), or you cued tracks(left). And the volume controls the headphone/cue level.
If you turn the Mix knob all the way to the left, you should hear just the tracks you have cue/headphone button activated for.
You output routing should also be setup more like this...
Output Monitor
L - 3:Out 3: Audio 2 DJ (Ch B left)
R - 4:Out 4: Audio 2 DJ (Ch B right)
Output Master
L - 1: Out 1: Audio 2 DJ (Ch A left)
R - 2: Out 2: Audio 2 DJ (Ch A right)
Without Mono checked on either.
