I was having problems getting things to update in traktor. I changed the collection.nml file in preferences to a different file, applied and then changed it back to the correct collection file and now things sem to be working better. Not sure if that was really the key thing or not.

the tool itself looks promissing, but in the end it just crashes all the time on my mac

I'm so sick of Traktor and iTunes. Traktor keeps writing tags to tracks that it's already analyzed dozens of times. I used Trainspotter once, it worked great and made dynamic playlists. Then when I imported my iTunes section to load more tracks it started analyzing everything all over again. Someone HELP!

What kind of tags is it writing? Are you seeing it checking consistency maybe?
