Default S4: Can't detect bpm of samples due to bpm lock?

Has anyone else ran into this issue. I did a full analysis of my traktor collection and now I'm getting this error. Before when I just went from iTunes I never got that error.

then its because its wave forms are too small. try using mp3gain (google it)

or the specific track is only a few seconds long

It's strange because in my sample playlists it shows that the samples do have the correct bpm and it will beatmatch with other tracks.
