This is for iTunes and Dropbox. It's written for mac, but I think most of it will carry over.

I think it's pretty cost prohibitive for large libraries though.
This is also a great tool to sync folders...I use it when I want to make backups of folders without copying all the data:

Dropbox is excellent and also sugarsync is another alternative.

I've always been happy with goodsync, http://www.goodsync.com/php/pums/rfp...c=goodsync-mac. I use it to sync my laptop with my mediaserver.
+1 for drop box
This is something I've been interested in as well.
I like the concept of dropbox, but as my music collection is about 20 gig, $10 per month to have it backed up and synced between computers seems like it could potentially be excessive.
But then again, losing it would be worse.
I'll have to debate it. Just using the old fashioned external harddrive backup now... but having everything stored remotely would be rather helpful.
Worldwide, I believe.

iFolder, but it takes a bit of know how
"Folder is a simple and secure storage solution that enables you to access, manage, and share your personal files-from anywhere, at anytime. Using iFolder, you can designate any network server as an iFolder server and publish information to a personal iFolder created on that server. Once your folder is established, you can install iFolder on the computers you regularly use and download information from your personal iFolder to any of those computers. Not only that, but using iFolder, you can also invite other iFolder users to share your files in the same safe and secure way so that your teams always have the most relevant copy of a document. "

Thanks very much all a lot of me to get my teeth into there.... anyone used or seen any tutorials on setting up rsync. Apparently very good but a bit techy orientated.
