Pfister @ Tresor, Berlin. Ostfunk 7 Year Birthday Bash

Hi guys, just wanted to pass this mix onto you, just in time for the weekend!!

A few months ago I noticed that a local party organiser (Ostfunk) was looking for newcomer DJs, so I sent along a mix I had made previously. From nearly 140 applicants I was lucky enough to be chosen to play as one of the newcomers at their 7 Year Birthday Bash. As you can imagine I was really excited and nervous too!
Unfortunately, each DJ was only allowed to play for 45 minutes but thats better than nothing, eh?
On the night it was completely full and the crowd was excellent!! I practiced the set I wanted to play beforehand and made a recording, so obviously this is not exactly how it was on the night!
So here I present it to you guys to listen to!

Cheers man, I was the penultimate DJ so had a good crowd.
Earlier in the night Marco Remus played a punishing Schranz set and the 2 DJs after him followed with the same style so I was a bit worried about dropping the tempo and losing the energy, but the vocal intro created a nice break.
I really like the Jeroen Liebgrets track, with its dark ripping bass, I thought it suited the dirtiness of the Tresor floor well.

Most of all Ive gotta say a BIG thanks to this site though, some of the tips I've got from here have been invaluable!!
