    the SL disc that cost $29 is able to do the full install, just restart, hold "C" and do a clean install.

    BUGGER... your right.

    It wasnt supposed to but ive just read that Apple admitted that it would actually do a full install.

    Oh well. that was £80 ill never get back off Steve Jobs unless i steal his jacket but i guess im unlikely to sit next to him in my local Chinese Buffet.

    My sister got me £45 off a Mac Mini today so im half way there.
