1. Handle of the channel fader has an offset.
2. Cue mix knob is stuck when trying to turn it clock-wise.
So, any ideas? Where to get genuine part to replace the knob?

considering this thing just dropped, there probably isnt many available parts for it yet. when in doubt check the NI website. the channel fader looks pretty bad and im sure its an annoyance. contact NI and see about getting the unit replaced under warranty if your local store it was purchased from cant do anything about it. thats if you got it from a local store of course.... sorry if this isnt helpful, just mere suggestions. best of luck
I've got my unit from DJTT, not from the store.
I will try reach NI support. Thanks.
The faders aren't user replaceable so you'll have to contact NI.
Parts are not user replaceable at all.
NI has a Service Contingency in place for such issues.
Contact NI support mate.
Wow well thats shitty. I just noticed mine has it too. I guess i'll replace this S4 as well (this is my second one) in about a month or two once they're hopefully completely defect free :|.
Oh god damn it. I just looked at mine and it's also the same on the same channel. DAMN YOU FOR POINTING IT OUT!
Is there any chance that all S4's have this on Channel B?

Frick... I just looked and mine is like that too! WTF? I also had the problem with the headphone knobs (both of them) but I found after I kind of reefed on them to the right, they straightened out. I realize that only people experiencing problems will be the ones writing on forums like this, but there seem to be a LOT of the same problems if you read through the DJTT forum and the NI forums. Way to go, Native Instruments.
