Laptop for NS7s

Hey guys im gonna buy a laptop for my ns7s. im planning on using the laptop for other things (not gaming, not gonna clusterfuck it too) and was wondering if this would be good enough. I read somewhere that Itch is having probs with 64bit? Or did they manage to fix it?
