Default Ableton gets one step closer to being DJ friendly...

    http://blog.maffialife.com/2010/12/0...affialife-vst/

This is pretty insane. A VST that emulates a traditional DJ mixer. What's so special about that? The fact that it's MIDI mappable and aggregates all your controls into a single interface. Pretty slick stuff!

I found out about it at http://futuremusic.com/blog/2010/12/...-ableton-live/

Isn't all that pretty much built into Ableton? I guess it's nice that it makes it a bit more visually familiar, but the built in effects should pull off the exact same thing functionality wise O.o

It would be really sick if this was a built in plugin though O.O
