Really depends on what it is into, maybe find a replacement jack and solder it in? I had this problem with my IPod touch but since it is so small I had to replace the whole thing. Hopefully its be enough to be fixed?

    Thanks.
I understand that you need to look inside that and how there ...
but the question arises that if the workaround will not work with a guarantee I automatically flew from the fact that self unraveled S4.
    can anyone have the experience.

Check that the nut on the outside of the headphone jack on the front of the S4 is tight. You can put some isopropyl alcohol on a piece of cotton cloth and clean the inside of the headphone jack. Give it a few minutes to fully evaporate though before plugging the headphones back in. Also check that any adapters you have on your headphones are not bad and on tight.

Sounds like it may be a hardware issue. You should contact NI support and start a ticket with them.
