The choices are rane, xone, or ecler nuo. If your a hip hopper spend the extra cash on the rane. Otherwise your choices are ecler and A&H, my personal choice is ecler because I like the layout and chunky knobs more, but it's all preference.

I absolutely love my Xone 4D. A dude named MixArkitekt has a really awesome midi mapping for it as well!

    EPIC piece of kit!

Here's the thing - and this has come up a lot lately - if you need to ask the question, you probably can't justify spending the type of money on a mixer like the ones listed in this thread.

Chances are, if you don't have the knowledge/experience to pick a mixer, you've probably not got the amp and speaker/powered speakers set-up to hear a difference in sound quality anyway.

So what do you do? Simple. You buy a Behringer DDM4000.

I've been using mine for a while now (>4months) - the only thing I can complain about is:

    1) Fader caps are quite loose on mine. No biggie - I just did the old "piece-of-folded-paper-over-the-fader-stem" mod. (Experience is good. )

    2) Cross-fader cut-in is not great. But I knew this would be the case, and have budgeted for an innofader once the Behringer one dies. The BLOODY thing is still going strong, though!
