My friend gave me a copy of Traktor's scratch pro yesterday i have put it on my macbook and the problem is when ever i drop Nero's me and you into a deck the tempo is out by a whole beat practically so when syncing with another track its completely screws up, i have tried Analyze and Detect Bpm and niether of them reset where the first beat is.

    Help anyone?

You'll need to set your own Beatgrid; there are about a million tutorials on Youtube and a couple on the front page of this site. There is also a manual under Help > Manual.

Yep, you have to set your beatgrids. Traktor can do this for you automatically when you add a song to the collection, but even then to get it perfect you'll need to make adjustments to it.
