pure data for touchosc

I cant download it. I have a pc so I cant use osculator or watever. When I go onto the hexler site and click the link it says that the site could not be found.
Any suggestion on what i should do ??

Took me half a day to set up my touchosc with pure data and traktor, and the problem was that Midi doesn't seem to work in Traktor if the audio isn't properly routed. Just thought I'd let you know to save any hassle
